I've done a lot of fitness challenges over the years, and this is easily one of my favorites (perhaps thee number one favorite!), ever. It's just so simple. There aren't a bunch of rules or opportunities to fall short day-to-day, which is making it very effective for me to commit to and succeed in using this as a launchpad for an overall lifestyle/routine change.

Hey Locals communiTi! Supporters already know about this, but after about 2 years of trying to make "fetch" happen on here, I'm hanging it up. No new content (free or premium) will be posted on this Locals page, beginning February 1, 2025.
I have many reasons for shutting this page down, not least of all needing to be more focused in my energies and efforts with content creation and community-building. Running both this platform and Patreon requires a great deal of duplicate work.
Uploading and processing for just 1 video takes hours, even on the days where there aren't technical difficulties with the platform and/or my ISP. So, imagine having to do that twice for every post. Then, add in the issues with Locals interface itself with regard to formatting limitations on posts, the fact that I NEVER receive the notifications I am supposed to receive, plus general glitches and frustrations with the platform, it is high time I cut Locals loose.
